Sweet Renaissance Coffee Academy is a 30-hour paid residency program that trains individuals in barista skills and coffee knowledge. The residency program is open to anyone who is a part of an underrepresented community or population. Sweet Ren is meant to increase the expression of who is a part of specialty coffee. Coffee is a beverage enjoyed around the world. We think specialty coffee should reflect the many different people & cultural groups that create & consume coffee.
